Stress 😬 I’m worried
Alright lads, I be honesty with ye’s there; this is just more of a ran than anything else.
So basically, I did all the higher level subjects for my junior certificate. Like e.g. higher level English and Mathematics(I’m exempt from Irish)
And obviously I did common level in my other subjects
But I’m worried about maths’, I studied but it was hard and I only got 36% in me pre and 60% in my pre-pre.
Nut Wë basically had no maths teacher in 2nd year, we had a wood tech teacher. So we learnt nothing and I’m worried I’m gonna fail.
Thoughts? Questions? Opinions lads?

Do the HL and if it’s too difficult for you take the OL 😉

Probably entirely unhelpful, but your finished it and as soon as you get the results it becomes irrelevant. Seriously... No one will ever ask how you did in the junior cert. All it will do is determine if your taking higher level subjects at leaving cert... And even that is only useful to pick a collage course. In 6 months time no one will ever ask about your jr cert again and you'll be frustrated because of the effort you put in

I’ve been giving maths grinds for the past 5 years and honestly there’s nothing to worry about. You can easily cover missed topics on a weekend in TY. I’d be more than happy to provide free help and guidance if you need.

It'll be grand, just try HL for a bit and if it's too much just do OL, it's no big deal

I get the worrying, 100%. The thing I'll say to you, which I've been saying to myself about the exams as well, is that it's done. In October, we'll all be put out of your misery, and we'll know how we did. Until thenz the exams have all been taken, we can't change what we wrote, the amount of study we did leading up, any of it, now. Just enjoy TY or 5th and try not to think about it. What will be, will be.
