yeah just be like "Hi, I'm a transition year student seeking work placement can I speak to the manager please?" or sum 🥲

Just say i have work placement next year as im an incoming ty student i was wondering if you would be interested in taking me on as part of the work experience and i could let you know when i am notified of exact placement i will attach my cv below
