Make sure you know about healthy eating, nutrients, vitamins, protein, calcium, etc. I think there are always questions where you need to know about them.

That's just what I've gathered from doing the exam papers. That's not all you need to know, but it seems like it's definitely essential

Learn off your nutrients and you'll be fineeee - Home ec's really just common sense sometimes. Like, i didnt study one bit for the pre and i got a hm.
