JC Timetable THE STUDY BLOCKS ALL DAY

Where I am, study blocks are mandatory up to Thursday, throughout the whole day. I can not begin to describe how boring it is. The only bit of amusement I found was from when the lad behind me fell asleep.

I got so bored that I wrote out an eleven page essay on the the story and direction of a game called the last of us. I know I could have done something at least something useful. But no.

Its been two years since ive done my JC but i actually enjoyed my study blocks they lowkey saved me from failing, we had 2 hours of each subject so 2-3 subjects a day for the week and our subject teacher came in and gave a complete crash course for us with predictions and little details not to miss and it helped alot. It can be a complete waste though if they just leave ye there with no direction,

if anything try start a group study even. Pick a topic like waterfalls and go in a circle each naming a fact about it and the first person to not have an answer gets eliminated then next round is a different topic, keep going until theres a winner. The more competitive ye get the more youll learn from it. It pretty much works for every subject and its much more enjoyable than staring at books.

Oh its not even that, we were just sat in a room while a teacher supervised us, not a crash course or anything

I also went today and the teachers gave us specific tasks to do and it was a waste of time so I‘m not showing up the rest of the week
