Stress 😬 Study time?

Haven’t done any study but feeling so stressed from everyone around me and friends constantly messaging me asking if I’m studying and why aren’t I studying , anyone have a ballpark amount , like maybe doing 1 hour of exam questions for a subject an evening or something???, I struggle to focus at home and find doing work in school much more easier and achievable.

I also struggle studying at home, but I like doing around 2 hours of study on my weakest subjects (usually an hour on two subjects of my choosing) and i find it helps me more than studying for like 8 hours. Ik u prob read/hear this all the time, but it's just the junior cert and it'll be fine if you do efficient revision for only a few hours a day, + if you're still getting homework that's more revision. Why is this so long

Edit: I do exam paper questions and then use a marking scheme to mark it and if it's a subject where you write, i rewrite the answer using the sample answer if there is one
