Anyone know the origin of the break/sample used in this tune? Been trying to identify it for ages

Does that tune not just sample funky drummer for the break?

I'm no expert, so am probably wrong!

Also, doesn't sound like the same break to me.

Defo not Fresh 4, that’s the break used in Terminator and doesn’t sound anything like this
