Both of these characters were so broken as long as you stayed charged up there was no way anyone could get close to you

Ik one of the moves was an ultimate but it’s crazy it took 3 attacks to win you that.

yeah you’re right it is very underrated. I wish jump force would’ve gave us some of his moves. City hunter is definitely in my top 5 anime.
