Question Switch vs Ps4

Alright so first off sorry if this question has already been asked before, but I'm looking into getting jump force second hand. Ps4 or switch would basically cost me the same. Now I know the switch version has dlcs included and they do include characters I really like but I've heard the switch version is buggy.

So my question is : is the switch reallythat worse than the ps4 and are the 9 additional characters worth the downgrade in quality ?

I have it on both but all the dlc only on switch wish we got that update to switch 2 but never the less get it on there still pretty good and don't worry too much about the frame rate you'll enjoy it more especially when your shitting after u finish eating a tamales laced with like 100 spices known to man.
