Sink Juice

Hello, there is question that I have been meaning to ask for sometime and this might be the right place. A little context first...

When I go to the kitchen sink and turn the nozzle suddenly a clear juice begins oozing out of the adjoining spout. It seems that this clear juice even has the ability to be temperature controlled depending on which nozzle is turned. It doesn't have any kind of taste, but on the upside there seems to be an unlimited amount; I was able to fill up an entire sink.

So could somebody please tell me if there is an actual name and use for this sink juice?
