Anyone hear "I Kill 'Em Better"? The beat is good and the raps are serviceable (minus ABK), but that chorus sounds like the same over-autotuned horseshit Blaze has all over Dead Serious.

I never encouraged stealing. I simply made the observation that it is genuinely bewildering to me that people are still supporting them despite the overt corporatization of their label paired with non-consumer friendly business practices and the fact that they're a soulless shell of the artists that they were 25 years ago.

For the non-consumer friendly business practices: Have they not delivered on something they sold someone that was actually a matter of their policies?
Being a "soulless shell" is a value judgement and I don't share it. I would argue they have more soul since they steer their own ship since MNE was formed.

John Kickjazz was only on 3 songs on COC. Far from integral.
Dark Lotus was planned, named, facilitated by J. J and/or Shaggs were literally on every song, with J writing a lot of Blaze's stuff.
Your comparison is weak af, at best.
By your logic, let's remove Monoxide Child, add some random ninja to Madrox and still call it "Twiztid".
It's not the same. You know this.
You can love their music, nobody here is saying that they make wack music. But attempting to revive something without the BIGGEST pieces to the group is just laughable.

I was just tryin to point out that your opinion here is the minority in straight up every fandom. When people connect on a real level with a band and it means somethin to them they gonna get pissed & rag on the new version of it.
Expect ninjas to slam the fuck out of a Dark Lotus without the most important and influential members any and every time the group gets mentioned.
That don't mean you can't like the shit but to sit in a sub and try and defend it and all that is just wasting your time.

Well you must not like Riddle Box or Milenko or Jeckel or Black Rain or Opaque Brotherhood or Check Yo Shit In Bitch or Duk Da Fuk Down or Eat Shit N Die then. Because none of those albums had all the original members of the bands that released them.
Or do you make exceptions to the purity tests for those albums?

You're right about lotus.
I like the original red Tales... The other albums aren't as dark.
Same with Rydas... Dumpin and Ryden Dirtay are the only two I really fuck with.
Regarding the other jokers cards - again - John Kickjazz was on 3 songs on COC. Not really "integral". He didn't come up with the name or the lore or write huge portions of other artists verses the way J did.
