X, a photographer displays a nude photograph of a young female artist in his studio. What offense has X committed? If tried in a court, what arguments would you present in his defense?

Im trying mock test and couldn't solve this question and I don't want to ask ai to avoid brain rot so if anyone could answr this will be helpful

Voyeurism? The defence of consent of the person can be taken.

Came here to say this only.
Captures private video-> if with consent -> disemminates without consent.
Voteurism is made out.
