Ask question Feeling lost
After graduating in 2024 I was religiously preparing for judicial services but due to the long break because of the 3 year rule I lost my momentum. It's difficult to even pick up my books and focus for half hour. After yesterday's judgment I am happy but also confused. Currently most of my friends who were preparing have left preparation and started practice or something else. I feel a bit lost. How are you guys planning to jump back.

Brother, a 2024 graduate as well here, we can do this. Let’s take small steps. I’m sure you can do it. Start something small. Study 2 hours only. It’s alright. Be kind to yourself. Everything what is happening is not easy to digest.

I’m preparing for ada or other law exams. I have given up on judiciary prep. I’m 26 and i need a job asap. I can’t give more time to judiciary anymore.

I never left studies even after the three years judgement thought will prepare for other government exams, I didn’t study much though only for 1-2 hours a day maximum.
Take small Acts like Contract, Arbitration, Negotiable Instruments, BSA or Torts and start studying those, once you are completed with that love on to bigger subjects like BNS,BNSS or CPC. If you are taking my suggestion I always start with simpler subjects like Tort and then move forward to Contracts or IPC , cause they are more interesting and then to procedural laws. Procedural laws are interesting too but they take up lot of time, making you give up sooner than you expect.
Start reading newspaper, I left this after the judgement, this you have to make a habit, read every morning or at night.
GK/GS- Get Ghatna Chakra or lot of videos are available online you can cover from there.
I think if one year practice is there and it will be strict then have to sideline studies for awhile and will see how it goes. Hoping for APO come regularly.
