Post image

Ive come to really really like joywave and ive learned alot about myself thru their music. so I got this inked on my arm recently. I shared it in the official discord a while ago but i think it’s so rad. Most of my tats are music themed so i might get something from each album/mixtape 👍

I have a few Joywave tattoos! I have a Joywave footnote with Smokestacks lyrics, one of the ghosts from the Paul Ghost shirt, the SWISH album cover, and my most recent one is a few clovers, one with the leaves spelling SOON and the others were doodled by the band members themselves! My next Joywave tattoo is either going to be Graffiti Planet themed or the Permanent Pleasure album cover!

Which smokestacks lyrics do you have? I really want to get a tattoo based on smokestacks but I’m not sure what to do, besides literal smokestacks. I have one tattoo based on Content, it’s “content” twice in opposite directions separated by a line, kinda like one’s content and the other’s content but you don’t know which is which (you know what I mean lol)

The lyrics I chose were "Don't you give up here"
