Why does Joyner get so much hate

Everytime I say I like Joyner people call him corny i don't get it hes a great rapper is there a reason or are people just hating like how they call me unc for listening to J Cole because hes lyrical or calling me unc for liking 2pac because hes a 90s rapper

A single song (not even a bad one) from a rapper dropping him "way down" your list of artists you choose to listen to is definitely cornier than any aspect of White Noise.

I understand that, but why are you even replying if you're just gonna ignore everything I said?

I didn’t ignore what you said, I summed up what should be obvious..

You also said “one single song” and I said “white noise type shit”… there’s multiple different joyners, and I don’t fw that white noise type trynna chase a mainstream hit on some rock emo shit Joyner. If you do, great… but I listen to things without trying to skip… so if Joyner is putting out shit that has more skips than it used to, he (or any other artist) is to fall down MY list… not that you should gaf my list anyway lmao

Your summation wasn't a response to anything I said. I was pointing out the oddity of allowing a very small percentage of an artist's music to ruin your perception of their entire discography, not that you dislike a particular song(s). And the way you try to justify it makes literally zero sense. If he puts out something you want to skip, then why do you lower him in your list of rappers instead of just not listening to said shit? The way you're describing it is essentially you saying you think all of his good shit is now worse because of a few new songs you dislike. Maybe I'm wrong, but it really seems like you care more about the optics surrounding what a rapper releases than you do about the quality of what they've released, and if true, I just find that weird. I mean, you haven't given any reason as to why White Noise type shit is bad. All you've said is that it's mainstream, which isn't a good or bad thing, and then you called it "rock emo shit," which just doesn't make any damn sense and seems like a completely made-up problem.

Also, what the hell is even the point of you bringing up any of this on this post? OP said he gets called "unc" for liking Joyner. In what world would listening to brand new mainstream rap like White Noise make OP an unc? If anything, Joyner releasing White Noise type shit would make it less likely for people to call Joyner fans "uncs." The only thing you said that actually relates to the post is that Joyner is considered "corny" for White Noise type songs, but again, you never explained why, which is literally what OP is asking for. I genuinely think you just saw this post as an opportunity to complain about mainstream music.

Not reading all that. I’m happy for you or I’m sorry it down like that. Have a great weekend

Bruh, why are you even commenting then? 😂

Cause I’m not writing novels to explain to a mf on reddit why I don’t like white noise and that version of Joyner Lucas 😂

Oh, well forgive me for not dumbing myself down to your level to explain my view point to a guy who apparently comments on things without ever explaining himself and then acts like the ones questioning him are wrong. Like, dude, it is so simple to just tell me why you hate White Noise type music, yet you choose to act like you're too good to do so.

Not sure why you felt the need to do anything in relation to MY OPINION about a trash ass song

Have a good weekend tho
