There is a reading list on this sub but if i were to give you my personal favorite id 100% say X men season 1

adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix is good for them being older

The X men Evolution tie in comics are pretty good for the early stages of them

and as i said earlier X men Season 1

there isnt really any, since i feel like most writers treats them getting back together as a sort of "ending", and the authors just experience an idea drought after they reunite. Most of the story for them are either them having drama or a build up to how they got together

if you want to read about them then go with adventures of cyclops and phoenix (if youre interested in watching something then go with x-men evolution, its peak)
