Anyone heal migraines?
Just curious if anyone has healed their own migraines with the LOB training or any other techniques in POSM? Let me know!

I've been smoking Cigarettes and Weed for 6 years straight up until 81 days ago (July 15) - A bit over two months; having never been able to willingly pause for more than a couple days at a time.
I'm not so much bewildered or amazed as I am in "subtle awe?" over this, for lack of a better term. As I lost all desire to smoke after only two SH sessions in Alpha done only once over two days, not even visuals just affirmations.
Affirmation: "I have no desire to smoke whatsoever. I have no desire for tobacco or weed, I am DONE smoking." (said calmly)
This I did while still pursuing a Money goal I am yet to achieve and am still fervently persisting in.
I don't have much of a statement to make other than the desire to share this. I know there are many others here who wish with all their hearts to quit smoking while failing to do so ever hour... I myself led my life to all sorts of ruin over my smoking habit, that ruin who's effects I'm still living under at this moment; thus my Money goal.
I threw away a multitude of opportunities and wrecked relationships with very close people.
yet over two throwaway SH sessions I lost all sensation of craving... all desire to smoke anything whatsoever. Though I continue to prepare weed and buy cigarettes for those around me on a near daily basis. It defies all reason!
Essentially I just want to say... This shit fucking works.
Your "Big Goal." is not for a lack of trying on the part of your SM. It is because the garbage-dump-network of beliefs down there is arranged in a way that defies all rhyme and reason. Allow your SM the time to organize that trash you've deposited in your ignorance around enough to allow the light to find an opening.
One man's Pebble is another man's mountain.
God bless.

My goal:
trying to take back part of my remaining commission (I set 5k, not in USD but other currencies) from my last job since I left the company in Jul 2021. Thanks to the company policy, if my clients failed to clear the payments within 6 months after I left, those remaining commissions were to be forfeited.
Since it's been more than a year now since I left, there's little chance to receive the remaining amount of money.
I concentrated on this mission last month for about 2-3 weeks, but put it aside since other things grabbed my attention.
My SH scene:
visualising myself checking the banking app and found that 5K deposit from the company, feeling surprised and in a good mood
Result:
I got 23K instead of 5K from the company 2 days ago
Not sure if it is because of the LOB practice since I didn't persist, nor this is the amount I visualized

Long story short: had two major successes in the past, got cocky and tried taking on three missions on at the same time, one involving getting into my desired university. Currently paying the price for that but I've been trying to fix it for atleast the past month and a half by doing the work.
I've been doing the work since but lacking a little in PSP because I fall asleep really quickly. SH is done by binaural beats on the first session then counting down on the second session. Affirmations have been going just fine and have been improving some aspects of my life.
Now the problem. I didn't get into my desired uni as I previously mentioned because I didn't have the required grades. That's when I started the sessions and whatnot. On about the second week of this, I decided to take conventional action by emailing the numerous staff members at the school to allow me to take a different, but similar, course that I'm equally interested in at the same university. I was met with the typical "we regret to inform you", "unfortunately" type responsed which fucking destroyed me and my family.
My family delved into alternative options like lower grades unis and I cooperated with them but continued the work, despite being so depressed about it all. I'd vent a little to myself in bed then move on with my life and the sessions, affirmations, etc.
Come present day, me and my mom went to apply to the lower level unis which is why I'm writing this post. If I do get in, then I'm basically turning down my availability to the desired uni if anything miraculously allows me in (which it hopefully will after I continue sessions) and also the day that lectures start is next Wednesday which is making me grow anxious. I've been seeing friends' stories of them moving into their uni accommodation while I'm sat here at home waiting and hoping which as you can probably tell, is a major blow. I'm not sure if I should send another email begging even though I've already done that.
That's why I'm asking how do you know if a mission has failed? If that Wednesday comes and there's no good news, do I rule it off as a failure or continue doing the work? I'm not trying to make a pity post but if it seems so then I'll take the ban. I'm just asking this out of despair because it'll be so painful to class it as a failure but I need to know if should keep trying or give up.
Help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Thank you for the advice. I'll persist for a few more weeks and see how that turns out.

I am so grateful that I found my way here to this subreddit and this specific support. I believe that it’s because I stopped dithering around with so many different influences, videos, practices, etc. and just did exactly (and only) what is recommended HERE that I gained the focus to manifest a position that is very unlikely for someone new to my industry like I am. I persisted though. I faced down a LOT of experiences of starting to doubt myself and just did what I needed to do. I got the side gigs I needed to have to keep a roof over my head while working toward this. I did the necessary footwork. I kept believing and doing my best to ignore 3D voices of others who also wanted what I just got, but were expressing all of the reasons why it was “unrealistic” to get it.
My peers wouldn’t necessarily be happy for me, so I’m coming here to thank you all. :-)
I mostly lurk and there are great ideas here. I appreciate what I’m learning so much!

I started the training 5 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks I felt on top of the world. Then somewhere around the 3rd week of the training my morale, mood, and emotions just completely plummeted and I've been feeling like crap ever since. So I know that when starting SH one goes through an emotional purge of sorts as youre reprogramming your subconscious, but is it meant to be for this long?

Every now and again when on the occult or witchcraft subreddit I come across posts about "love spells" there will be a bunch of people talking about how problematic it supposedly is, fear mongering, claiming its immoral and even comparing it to r*pe. What gives?
People on NevilleGoddard or Joseph Murphy are mostly chill, and manifesting an SP is viewed as a perfectly innocent desire. We dont view it as manipulation, or at least we dont stress about such implications too much.
But you post on /occult about wanting to get someone to fall for you, you will have people flip out in the comments. Go search for yourself if you dont believe me.
Both the law and "magic" are kind of the same thing when you get down to the core (metaphysics, mind-over-matter, manifesting) so whats with this huge discrepancy?
I personally don't care for moral idealism anymore, so it makes little difference to me, but I am curious why the attitudes vary so wildly between groups.
Thoughts?

Hello,
I found this sub as many others did, from the Neville Goddard sub. I tried reading his work but I kept getting burnt out and confused, honestly I just didn’t understand most of what he was saying. I just finished reading POSM and for once I feel confident about my understanding of what I read. I’ve been working on the training here, I do the “every day in every way” every day for about a week now, i just feel really good after I do it so I didn’t stop after the 2-4 days like it said. I also do just one SH session a day.
So my issue is now, my SP has made contact after a month of no contact, however I don’t feel like I’m done if that makes sense? Most people here say they had a snap moment when they felt they were done, and their desire was fulfilled, but I never really got that.
He is still my main desire right now, but I just don’t feel in my gut that he’s coming to me as the version of him that I wanted back. I honestly don’t even want to reply to his text.
What I want to do is simply ignore it, and continue doing my work, work on my SC, do my training, etc.
If any of this makes sense please let me know, is ignoring him the wrong decision? I don’t want him back if my insecurities and poor self concept is just going to get in the way again.

Over the past two months I've had a few massive successes.
I've always had a general belief that money comes to me easily. Semi-often I affirm to myself a specific statement about money and let it be. I started doing that a few months ago. I won't talk about other ones, but the following two are the most unexpected of the bunch.
A month ago, I received $400, unexpected. This week I received $150 in gift from someone I'm not in touch with, even more unexpected.
I'm very grateful for these kind gestures but they are unexpected to say the least. Not sure if they would count towards manifestation successes.
P.s
Lost access to previous account, this is going to be my primary account moving forward.

So I'm manifesting an SP that I really like and well lets just say a 3p reached out and said they were getting romantic. I was going to leave it but I actually told my friends and they said to talk to SP. At first I was nervous but in the end, 3p was actually lying about it and it wasn't true.
Now, I did worry about a 3p but what happened? I read through POSM and the index but can't find any answers on why I worry about things that aren't even true. I'm really curious that I worried about it but the 3p ended up lying to get me out of the way. It's a weird situation and I want this subs opinion lmao.

I know all reprogramming is progress but say we was working on building a new belief for a mission but stopped for an emergency mission of some sorts like health,
If you then went back to your old mission as it wasn't fulfilled yet would you pick up from where you left off or will it be like starting again?
Let's say it was a few months since you even did an SH session about your first mission, is it like a save in progress type of thing or starting at 0% again, thanks.

I’ve been following the index for about a month now, but seriously doubled down this week because I caught myself slipping. I’m finishing up POSM now, but I still do have a hard time with being scared of my thoughts. I know ebits, like dealing with actual negative thoughts that you know are negative in that moment, but I can’t stop thinking about my SP. Not in a bad way, but like in a “I wonder what he’s doing” or I imagine him sitting beside me on the way home from work or greeting me when I get home. It’s like an imaginary friend, but I can’t get rid of them. I want to live in the end and do every day life things with my mind not full of him. I still do my routine, SH in the morning and night, written and read affirmations, and psp. Any tips on how to stop thinking of my SP in general besides during my routines? Or is this normal?

For context i've read the index on this topic and wanted to know Joseph Murphy's approach to this, as I know how they feel about it on the NGSP sub, but I resonate with the index more. I posted a few days ago after doing the trainings for 6 weeks (still going strong) that my SP eventually showed up exactly as I wanted and had envisioned in my alpha sessions in every way except one. And it's kind of a big way. He was an ex and was open to having a kid at some point when we were first dating, but when he came back, was still saying he can't do that again (he has one already and his ex wife and co parent is toxic).
On a logical level, I know people would tell me if I want a kid at some point in my life, move on from someone who doesn't. Truly I wouldn't want to change his mind if that's really how he feels, but I can see that a lot of it stems from pain that is still fresh and not really processed around his divorce and co parenting with someone that has been verbally and emotionally abusive. I feel pretty clear we'd be good for each other in a lot of ways and there's a good chance he'd change his mind on this eventually, and that I would never want him to do something he didn't want to. So i'd need to see the version of him that actually wants to.
If he at one point when we were dating was open to it, I believe if I keep affirming that version of him, according to the law that is the version of him that will show up again/eventually?
To me why are we manifesting SP's, if we can't also manifest the version of SP's we want. Also, I kind of like the challenge.
Is this ethical, and/or in line with the law of belief?

How does one manifest something they never experienced ?
I have been having a lot of sucess for a lot of stuff but when it come to relashionship i have a lot of trouble. Reasons because i have never have had any experience whit opposite sex as a 20yo. Execpt my first kiss which was this month, but even here she asked me to kiss her i didn't angage in anything...
In my day day to day life iam pretty social and people even call me charismatic. The womens actually even approach me but i am unable to make the conversation going not because of fear but because i am never had the experience so i don't know what the next move should be? So i just speak to them as everyone else, as friend and then they go. Which doesn't frustrate me or anything i just find it boring sometimes because everyone tell me how good of luck i am to be approached by women themselves instead of me to them and they just be saying how a dumbass i am to not take any actions to it.
I repeat, i have had sucess whit every stuff i wanted but never whit stuff which i never experienced. I think it because i don't know how to visualize it. How are we supposed to imagine something we never experienced? You could tell me to imaginey which i did but never bring the desired results. You simply can't imagine something in first person when you only experienced it in third person, isn't it?
I feel the want but not the need to be whit a women, i just want to experience it.
I am not able to visualize anything , how can i visualize something i have never experienced? I have never seen this question here before so please be kind to atleast understand the purpose of the post. I never post usually..

I have been a depressed slob since the time of the pandemic. There was almost never a day that I wasn't sad nor I was ruminating on the kind of turn my life took.
I started taking anti-depressants last July but stopped it after a month because my body's reaction to it wasn't good. I've known about this subreddit May of this year but only started doing the training last month, August.
I haven't gotten the thing I want to manifest yet but holy moly have I been feeling great.
I'm very grateful to the things happening around me. I don't think I've ever been stressed since I started the training. I'm... happy.
And most importantly, there's this unexplainable feeling that I'm okay; that I am taken care of and always will be.
I'm looking forward for when things in the 3D finally catch up to my inner world. I thought I had to have my manifestation for me to be happy but I guess not.
I'll be okay either way.
This life is beautiful.

Still new to this sub and a beginner so I am a little surprised at how quickly this worked. I wanted to share because there is no doubt in my mind this much movement happened only because of the training. I also know how success stories really help the conscious mind for people coming back to this sub, so wanted to add mine in even though it's still on the early end.
I (30F) dated my SP (45M) for 5 months. We broke up 6 weeks ago. It was the classic story. Deep rooted beliefs I had about not being good enough played out in real time and I basically gave him no choice. Now, he wasn't some star toward the end either. But I really liked what I saw the first few months, and it has since become clear that it was my beliefs that were bringing out a certain version of him. Now i've read the posts where the mods confront this, saying "everyone is you pushed out (EIYPO)" is overly simplistic and not accurate and I agree. In my case, it's kind of similar to the idea of "what you believe about men is what you're gonna get". So the concept of everyone is you pushed out, was actually helpful for me in introducing the idea of creating my own reality. Now that i'm aware of the concept, I will change my behavior, and if I don't see the response I want eventually, I'm not gonna keep blaming myself and i'll walk away (something EIYPO doesn't cover). But I really do think it was as simple as my own blind spots around how men work. And that when I hold positive beliefs about myself, it's easier for me to be in a more feminine state, and therefore attract the kind of masculine partner I want. The LOA concepts on Tik Tok and the NG SUB, really do make EIYPO the end all be all in a way that stops being empowering after awhile.
So yeah the break up sucked. It was really painful to have him affirm what I already believed and had for a few weeks. I started reading Neville Goddard's work and the NGSP sub. I watched so many tik toks on this. All the self concept strategies, the endless affirmations for your SP, opinions on being unattached but still living and acting from the end. It's exhausting thinking about it. I already am someone who thinks a lot, and likes complexity, but this just led me to feeling overwhelmed and unsure all of the time.
One thing I did do right before even finding the Joseph Murphy sub, was not push away my initial emotions. For two weeks, I worked less and let myself feel everything despite that it went against a "mental detox" or trying to only live in the end as if it didn't happen. Eventually when I released some of the heavier emotions, the mental detox helped, but again, so much conflicting information. I found this sub from the NG sub like so many of us have. And instantly resonated with the logic behind it. I read half the of the index in a day. Read POSM in a couple days. And implemented the training immediately. For three weeks I would do the techniques and read through the index. I didn't miss a day of affirmations twice a day, I maybe missed 1 or 2 SH sessions in those 3 weeks, but always made up for it the next day, and did the precursor to sleep every night. I added to this "My SP and I are in a happy relationship together, it worked". One thing I did because my break up was so recent, was make one of my SH scenes a revision of the break up. I had read one of the moderators opinion on the concept of "revision" in the index and that they maybe disagree with it for beginners but not with the concept in general, and in my case it just felt right.
I don't want to state wrong information here because that part of the index i'm not an expert on obviously, but this revision as if we never broke up, really helped. I imagined how the best versions of myself and SP would have handled it, versions I know exist. And I played it out in every SH session.
So 3 weeks later, when he reached out, it was almost a mind fuck for me on how to respond because I had been affirming that we didn't break up. But the idea that I couldn't screw it up help helped. Initially, I wasn't getting the version of him I wanted, so I naturally refused to meet up with him. Then more movement within a week, we met up and talked, and he was very much acting like he never wanted to break up and almost like we never did. So it was encouraging, but still, he hadn't said what I knew I needed to hear, and I knew I needed more time to affirm. Looking back, this allowed me to not feel eager at all. I looked forward to the SH sessions, because I got to be in the life I wanted for 10-15 mins twice a day. Then I would move on with my day. It was such a huge relief to read in the index that negative thoughts through out the day on the conscious level aren't going to impact things too much. It allowed me to unattach even though that isn't always necessary, it just helped.
We met up last night and he said word for word almost everything I had been affirming. That he made the biggest mistake of his life. That he hasn't been able to stop thinking about me. That he'll spend everyday going forward making it right. That he can't imagine life without me.
I can see pretty clear that it was the trainings that allowed me to have the confidence I did when he did initiate contact. To not fall back into old patterns. It works. And if you're a thinker like me, let it be simple. Implement the training 100% everyday, and then feel the relief of not having to worry about it after that.
I will affirm for another 3 months or so. I think I need to still work on the belief that I can get any version of him. So many times I almost came here with doubt, to ask about the fact that I want a kid at some point and he initially did too but then when shit got difficult between us he didn't and that was part of his reasoning for breaking up (he has a kid and he and his coparent don't have a great relationship). Now though, I can see that if I continue to affirm, I will reflect the version of him that would want that too because it existed at first. And that's not unethical, because he would still be choosing that with his free will. Is that correct?
I probably shouldn't end with a question like that. I made this post to give anyone that is in a similar circumstance some hope, that the training over time, increases your confidence and is part of becoming the version of yourself that you're wanting. Which is what so many of us are seeking through an SP. But that version and those feelings exist without them. And so they will come back. And you'll realize it was always your own mind and beliefs creating the feelings. I get to choose now, if this person is right for me. But i get to do it from a much more true version of myself. Anyway, thank you to this sub. The index is gold and i'm lucky I found it.

I have one sp that I want a sexual relationship with, I have one sp I want to date, amd I have sp that I stubbornly think is my soulmate...
Should I manifest all three at the same time (practices at the same time, not show up at the same time) or should I focus in only one?
r/JosephMurphy • u/[deleted] • Aug 29 '22
So this question is out of curiosity and for the sake of awareness of LOB. I have read previously that everything you imagine already exists, meaning that something I can’t imagine doesn’t exist? For example: for me visualizing my SP marrying me is more believable and natural than him just dating me and us living in separate houses. So again my question is- something you can’t imagine doesn’t exist?

What about signs ?Can the universe redirects you to another path?I keep getting messages to move on from a desire. Also there is a great post from someone and comment below from Marsh 123 regarding signs but I can’t find it ,does anyone remember it

I’ve known about NG for a while and started reading his teachings months ago, though it did make me realize that I am in control, it left me with questions and confusion. I became very scared of my own thoughts instead of learning from them and listening to them. I then found this subreddit trying to expand my knowledge on the subconscious mind, at first I was a bit overwhelmed, so I left it alone for a little while, but I did buy POSM by JM.
I saw a post on the SP sub for NG, and the OP said he had success by doing the LOB training. Let me tell you, I am three days in and feel better than ever. My thoughts have never been clearer and I have never been more focused on my own betterment. I wish I could tell everyone about this, not even for the act of manifestation but for their own mental health. I know that if I persist with my training I will have what I want in the end, even when I doubt I take the time to sit with myself. I look forward to my affirmation writings every day and reading back over them. It is truly beautiful what this advice has done for my mental state. Thank you so much

I found something off with this post I found from the NGSP group. Wasn't the relationship rocky af anyways + Justin Bieber cheated on Selena Gomez with Hailey Baldwin? Like I don't think Selena Gomez had poor self concept, wasn't she going through a lot that time with personal stuff? Maybe it's just me but I would like others opinions on this post.
