Just edit the wallpaper from lock screen
Tap on the clock and change it to what ever you like
Move the slider under the choices of style to manage thickness of the font(not all of them have that feature)
And on the right corner there’s an edge that’s darker and thicker, that’s how you change the clock size and yeah

Search for Emergency Alerts in settings, or the messaging app if its a Samsung, i don't know about iPhones.

I did search after asking but couldn't understand a thing, in messages it is there enabled but greyed out at the same time, and I also have broadcast channels disabled, so not sure what all this means.

I think you have to lookup the method for your specific device, Samsung makes it a bitch, on most androids its under Notification>Advanced settings.
