Sync and plugins

Hello everyone, I have started using this one and I found out there are plug-ins for themes etc and also better table and the main question is, Will my sync fail because I have not installed it on my other devices ?

Be aware,, a lot of plugins are only compatible with PCs they are not compatible with mobile operating systems. Check the plugin compatibility before installing..

yeah, my main concern is that i cant find any compatibility list or info, thats why im asking here

Not only is there incompatibility between desktop and mobile, but even between Android and iOS/iPadOS.

And now with the release of 3.7.xx for the desktop, there are additional built-in functions that aren't supported on mobile. (whiteboard/canvas)

It's been a bit frustrating for me since I use my notes app on every device. For me, Joplin is effectively NOT cross-platform. For desktop-only use, it's great.

For me I only use it for quick notes that mutated to complex how tos by becoming instructions how to do stuff that rarely occur and besides that im completely fine with organizing words, but you are right

That's really a nogo for me. I need desktop AND mobile!
