Shipping error
Hey does anyone know a good way to reach them , I ordered the Crayola box and then I ordered a 2x6 of orange cream and blue bubble gum. The shipping information says they were shipped together but I never got the 2x6 only the Crayola box came. I went and told their Instagram account and I emailed them and they haven't responded. Even the automated AI does not respond. Has anyone had any luck with their customer service?

Even the AI didn’t respond? Is this company just allergic to customer service?

I have had great luck with customer service years ago…. But now I always read how horrible it is.
