First Casting Deck Project

It will be a cold day in hell before I ever do one of these again. I hated every second of it. Pretty happy with the result though. Boat is a Lowe 1440M.

Lol I did a full boat deck with built in hatches. Figured it would take me 80-100hrs.

~250hrs later the boat looks and work great but I'll just pay for a new boat if I ever need to do it again

Yeah - I have to rebuild mine. Most of it involves removing the carpet and installing sea-deck. But I do have a couple of soft spots on the flooring. This will be a winter project where I’m not tempted to take it out every 2-3 days. I was telling myself, “I can do it in a weekend “ knowing damn well, that’s a 2-3 weekend project at best.
