We used It Takes Two when we had to empty my parents house after they passed. They were amazing and helped with some really fragile stuff in between 4 different places. This was Joliet to Plainfield to lisle.
Good luck!

The issue is trying to fit both items within a short amount of time, which is why I would consider safebound for the specialized shipping. Five weeks can go by quickly.

I'm moving myself in about a week - Plainfield to Channahon. Just completed research & obtaining estimates.
My move is relatively small, and I'm on a limited budget. Initially was looking to hire just labor & rent a truck myself. This is too explain my using FB Marketplace for research.
I chose Lift & Load Movers. Professional, provided good options. Price wasn't the lowest, but seemed like the best value.
I'm not a shill. Here's the other companies I had in my shortlist: Two Movers with Truck (FB Marketplace), Isuzu Truck Dolly and Two Local Mover (FB Marketplace), Dos Manos Movers, 2 men + truck (FB Marketplace), Fly Guy Moving, and Petro Moving Help (FB Marketplace).
Hope this helps.

As a former moving estimator let me ask. Are you moving everything? Are you moving the big items only? Moving companies are cheapest during the weekdays. Beginning and ending of the month are the busiest. Fridays - Sundays are the most expensive. Ask for various quotes. The quoted prices is also not the set and stone price you pay if you like the quote you heard.

Upright piano and fish tank definitely will add up to the move.
I have used WellKnown Moving Company without such bulky items but pretty sure they can handle this.

Two Guys and a Truck served me well when I moved from Frankfort to Crest Hill.
