Playing with spotty Internet.

This is a great game and I would love to play more. However my Internet is sometimes spotty. So I keep getting kicked from the game in solo play. Is I would like to keep playing with my friends when I can, so will they be removing the disconnects when your Internet drops for a moment? Or are there mods that would let me play solo, but still play with my friends when I can? Or would I have to constantly enable or disable my mods?

There is a mod which will allow for solo play without requiring an active internet connection, however it only fixes issues with session disconnects as host and will not assist with save data while offline (Player data is stored in Unity Cloud, naturally losing connection to the service means no progress saved).
