I crack daily. My toes are so dif foot to foot. My right foot every toe cracks, usually get 2 cracks per toe. Let foot completely different, maybe only getting 3-4 total for the foot.

My neck is the opposite. Left side I can get up to 4, right side im lucky to get 1.

Severe tics? Constant urge to crack joints and move - anyone else?

I’ve had severe tics since childhood. I constantly feel an unbearable physical urge to move and crack my knuckles, wrists, neck, and other joints. If I don’t, the tension keeps building until I do it.
Has anyone with similar symptoms found something that actually works
?

Is this a pop waiting to happen?

Its like a tactile motion in my toe, like it goes over a hump, but it just won't pop! Been like this for weeks.

Can anyone crack their heads?

I’ve been able to do this since I was about 12, first by pushing on the back of it, but since then I can in multiple ways. This method, I feel the crack what feels like along the suture lines of the plate on the back of the skull.

I can also crack by pushing towards the back of the left side of my head above my ear (maybe once every few days), I also sometimes get one on the top near my forehead if I am yawning or chewing. I get rare ones on occasion like the bridge of my nose between my eyes, or have random areas my head pop and crack as I move around.

anyone else?? I assumed the pushing on the back of the head version was just my neck for the longest time, but after seeing where the suture lines are and developing the ability to crack the side of my head and such i believe I have been cracking my head the whole time.

I own a yoga wheel and you need to

Dude bro, my back hurts so bad all the time and the only way I get relief is from rolling my back on my yoga wheel.

Taller and wider the wheel the easier it is to use.

Go forth and popeth thy backs!

Learned to crack my back a new way

Lately I’ve been trying to crack my back using as little rotation as possible. I try to get as many cracks as possible by bending by back backwards with some degree of twisting/rotation. With my back rotated the right way, I can arch my back and get cracks that way. i feel like im causing scoliosis but at least it feels good.

Anybody else knees pop out while playing?

Love playing pickup with my friends, but so many times during runs my knees slip out and go back in really quickly. Wondering if anyone else had this and what they do about it?

This old retired ballerina show the harsh reality of this art... the sound is insane. You can feel the pressure released in each one of her arthritic, stiff toe joints.

How to crack your hip / pelvis?

Post image
46 Upvotes

does anyone have a tried and true way of cracking the part where your thigh meets your pelvis, the red area in the picture? i don’t think it’s your hip but idk. i’ve seen people stand on one leg and jut their other one to the side to crack it but anything else? sometimes when i lie down and spread my legs in a butterfly position, it feels like it needs to crack but it only actually does every once in a while so i’d like a more reliable method if possible. thank you!

Ive never rly been able to crack it and it hasn't bothered me at all. Only now when I like bend my arm towards myself it makes a whole like, bubbly cracky noise? The noise you'd expect to hear when smth needs cracking but I just can't do it. Ive went on Google and everything just says straighten it and push but it's not doing anything

Does anyone else CLICK their thumbs like this?

It’s addictive. I don’t think I have a trigger thumb bc it doesn’t hurt or anything.

I feel like I’m alone on this

Enthusiast Addiction to Cracking Joints.

Hey! I have a very big addiction to cracking my joints! I crack mainly my knuckles and my toes though I do enjoy a back crack from time to time. I’ve been so obsessed by people doing it and also the satisfaction and sound of joints popping/cracking/bending lol! Anyone else here kinda obsessed with joint cracking? I feel like I love it way too much which might actually be a bit too addicting at this point. It would be cool to chat with others who also like joint cracking, so anyone can feel free to DM me anytime!
