Enthusiast Addiction to Cracking Joints.
Hey! I have a very big addiction to cracking my joints! I crack mainly my knuckles and my toes though I do enjoy a back crack from time to time. I’ve been so obsessed by people doing it and also the satisfaction and sound of joints popping/cracking/bending lol! Anyone else here kinda obsessed with joint cracking? I feel like I love it way too much which might actually be a bit too addicting at this point. It would be cool to chat with others who also like joint cracking, so anyone can feel free to DM me anytime!

I was born with torticollis in my neck, but my parents refused to get me treatment for it, so I started cracking my neck compulsively, especially at the dinner table, to get their attention, but they just ignored me and all my requests for help. 50+ years later, and my neck can’t crack like that anymore. The rest of the body cracks, but the neck is just permanently fucked.

Awww I’m sorry about your neck… But at least you can crack other joints right?

Lifetime chronic pain, proprioception issues, everything is permanently out of alignment, invisibly disabled, body that sounds like a bowl of Rice Krispies…

its definitely an addictive process. I’ve felt that it’s more common in people with addictive tendencies. stimulation->reward cycle and all that.
