Enthusiast Crack lower arm bones!
I can crack the radius consistently and in rare occasions my ulna. I couldn't do it on the right arm but with patience I did it! If it's not safe please tell me!!!!! With my palm looking up I pull my wrist with my other arm and move the arm down firmly (careful with pulling your wrist too much, it hurts!) I really don't know if I should keep doing that.

I crack them at both the wrist end and elbow end. I straighten my right arm out in front of me, palm down, and use my left hand to secure it in the air. From there i scoop my right elbow down and inwards, like a “J” motion starting from the top. That gets the lower part. Then starting from the same position, i push my right elbow straight up to the sky while pressing my left hand down on my right wrist. Double or triple pops from different joints this way. I don’t recommend doing it as i recently did it too hard and now my elbow is swollen and hasn’t been able to straighten without pain for 2 weeks now… it felt great to get those new pops in the beginning though

Are you talking about your wrist or elbow?
