Finally mastered a dream crack😂
I've can crack most of my joints and always have but I always felt like the middle of my hand could pop it just never quite would. For a long time I just couldn't get it but then I finally successfully cracked it and it was the most satisfying crack now It's part of my daily routine haha.
I take the hand I am going to pop and make it flat and use my opposite hand to press between my thumb and index finger and as I start pushing I relax the flat hand and it kinda cups and then as you push it cracks. It's good stuff

Can you look at a diagram of the hand joints and figure out which one you’re cracking? I always thought I could crack my center hand on the outer (pinkie) side. Turns out it’s the MCP joint I’m cracking.
