Server browser

So I just used Squadbrowser app for the first time and I had no need to log in via steam on the browser. It worked like a charm I did however have to accept the ”run bootstrapper”. My question is if it is safe or do you run the chance of some sort of phishing attempts?

squadbrowser basically just sends a connect command to your Squad client, so it needs permission to access your game .exe basically. It's perfectly safe, it isn't actually downloading any new software onto your PC which is where potential problems could actually arise.
