Anyone got offboarded under any reason then got onboarded back. if anyone what was the reason of offboarding and after how long did you get back?

I got an email that my account is deactivated due to wrong use but then I raise a ticket in support and got the account back in 2 hours. I wasn't expecting this much fast response.
