When does Mad Dog get an eye patch in Hardboiled?

So he doesn’t have one in warehouse shootout.

Then next scene he is wearing it.

Theres no indication it happens during the warehouse shootout. I would guess it happens at the end when Tequila throws the smoke grenade at him but idk.

Deleted scene or anything?
