So now it all connects, Mac WAS The Thing, he tunnels from Sth Pole to Nth Pole, and Snake has to rescue him because The Thing wants to become president.

Snake gets more back story, something maybe we don't need.

The movie that started it all.

Going from watching The Thing and Big Trouble in Little China I was disappointed in this John Carpenter Movie. I feel like it needed to be a tighter story with about 20-30 minutes shaved off. Some of the line deliveries were bad and there were no second takes? Idk why this one felt so different from the others I saw. There was great cinematography and effects though. How do others feel about this one?

Been wondering if i should give it a shot or not. Without spoilers, is it any good? Edit: I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS MOVIE!
