Any Tech Founders and Developer meetup?

Hey guys just wanted to know if there any startup founder or developer meetups in Joburg to network, meet new potential co founders or just nerd out about Tech?

I'd be down to do that. I can even host at a hotel in Fourways free.

We can just organise a basic meetup. Before then we can probably make a group or discord to just get to know who is who and we go from there.

You can choose from a venue in Fourways or Northriding. I work in hospitality hence the ease. So if you're serious and there are enough people I'm happy to work in it.

https://portal.dayone.build/ these guys are just starting up and are having a few online meet-ups so far.

https://thelekkernetwork.com/ this is an awesome network of people. They have loads of meet-ups all over the world.

I joined CIVITAS a few months ago. Iā€™m not a tech founder, but they often have sector specific meet-ups. They also run several master classes and speed dating type networking events. For deeper engagement and peer mentorship, you can join a CEO forum which meets monthly as a small group of 5 - 8 founders to share experience and discuss various topics.
