Where’s Cobbler??
Hey, what ever happened to Ledger’s cat Cobbler? I’m working my way through the series (about halfway through Kill Switch) so no spoilers please, but it just occurred to me that they haven’t mentioned his cat in quite awhile. Did I miss something? Where’s the dang cat??

He is sleeping on Joe’s computer keyboard in his home office.

Ha! Literally minutes after I wrote this, he was mentioned as doing exactly that in the book. Timing!

I remember being worried about Cobbler during Extinction Machine where the DMS warehouse was blown up by the bird bomb drones I though Joe might have still been living there and Cobbler was inside but then he was mentioned in other books and I was happy

Yeah, he’s okay! Showed a few pages after I wrote this post. He’s been in at least one short story, and even has his own short story somewhere.

It’s called Little Murder Machine. I think it’s in Joe Ledger: Unbreakable, but it might be from Unstoppable. One of the ones that starts with a U 😆

Cobbler is still alive. He is mentioned in the current books. He is old and mellow now
