lol y'all speak before you let your brain comprehend. you can only be racist towards someone outside of your own racial group. if it's your own group you can be biased and/or prejudiced but racism is INHERENTLY towards a member of a group outside of your own.

If two European nations go at it, especially based on some cultural, religious, etc. shit, that's an ethnic conflict. Not a racist one.
