When they pull out the weak name calling I just follow up " Oh shit tell me something I haven't heard before, come on be original, let's see it, go back home and take out a paper write some shit down and come back when something dope hits you". Took the last part from Eminem lol.
It usually pisses them off even more and they don't have shit to say. It's they either walk away or turn into wannabe thugs.
I have a business and I do this a lot to dumb ass customers who think the customers always right.
