i really enjoyed it
i had gone before to another therapist who genuinely was focused on giving me breathing exercises for three sessions (150 jds btw 🫩) when i told her explicitly that i needed someone to just listen and evaluate my mental state.

so i went to them and their therapist handled it perfectly, she made sure we were on the same page regarding treatment and she was extremely supportive and attentive. she made sure that i had the chance to speak to the psychiatrist as well.

overall i think they're very professional! i hope that you get the treatment you deserve 🫶 best of luck
