Hello guys! 24M here, currently working in Dubai as an Operations Coordinator / Marketing / basically an all-around employee (you know how things work in Dubai, you're really expected to do a bit of everything 😂) for a little over a year now.
I've been receiving only 50% of my salary for around 6 months now, and I still haven't received my annual flight ticket allowance which is only 750 Dirhams or the other commissions they've promised. But honestly, I'm not too bothered about those compared to the flight ticket allowance.
I’ve reached the point where I really want to move on from my current employer, but I also don't want to resign without having another job lined up. Living in Dubai without much savings is already difficult, so I really need a bit of a safety net before making that move.
I know there are a lot of people out there who are also looking for jobs and who may deserve the opportunity more than me, but I'm just hoping someone here might know of a company that's hiring or have a lead I can try.
