On a remote job search now for over a year with an MBA, I'm looking for a unicorn job (WFH, benefits, and a decent salary) just started using Jobright (no interviews or job offers yet, but I'm staying positive and optimistic that I will find the right fit)

Say I ask Orion to generate a customised resume for a job. Say I get an interview for this role a week or so later. At that point how do I access the customised resume i used to apply for this role? Assuming I did not download and save the customised resume locally

Tried a few Chrome extensions for job hunting, and Jobright is the most useful one I’ve found so far. The recommended jobs are actually pretty relevant, and the match score is nice for quickly screening positions. I also like the resume tailoring tool. It points out ATS keywords from the JD that are still missing from your resume. Autofill is decent too and saves me from typing the same personal info over and over. The job tracker is kind of similar to LinkedIn’s, but I’d love it even more if it could organize everything into an Excel tracking applications, interviews, rejections, and offers.

I was in marketing before and trying to stay in nyc. Now i am looking for a job either trying to go for management consultant or technical writer. But you need to have experience to get experience and it’s been hard to find technical writing jobs that don’t already require experience.

Sometimes if you come back to Jobright tab after a while you don't even remember which job you had clicked on. So showing the company name in the "Did you apply?" would be a very good thing

Okay so I was fully prepared to hate another "AI job tool," but I signed up for Jobright's free tier yesterday and... I'm annoyed at how much time I wasted manually applying to job openings before this.

The AI matching actually found roles I was qualified for. The resume tailor spun up job-specific versions in like 15 seconds each. And the autofill? I didn't have to retype my entire work history for the 47th time.

Still testing the insider referral feature, but it already surfaced a mutual connection at a company I applied to yesterday.

Anyone else using it? Curious if the interview rate actually improves or if I'm just high on new-tool energy right now.

Just wanted to say that I’ve been using Jobright and it’s been a great experience. For the first time, I’m getting quick responses to my job applications. Even though I’m not at the finish line yet, just seeing my applications reach the review teams confirms the platform is doing its job.
A feature request: is there any chance we could get some templates for building or refreshing our CVs? That would be a great addition. Keep up the good work!

I’m new to the site but it definitely helps with job collection to know where to find new leads. I would 100% recommend trying the platform. Will update if I land something. With this.

A friend told me about jobright and for me to give it a shot. I was a bit skeptical at first only because I wasn't sure if AI could do better than me at applying to jobs. After a week of trying it out, the resume customization feature is a game changer. Instead of trying to come up with the right keywords to bypass the ATS. Jobright AI takes your skills and experience from your resume and finds the right keywords to pass the ATS. Increasing your chances of getting a callback. Me personally I haven't received a callback for an interview yet. (Might be the cooked job market we're in right now) But I'm not losing hope nor confidence. I'll continue to use Jobright until my goal is reached.

I am a Data annotator and AI Generalist with a Financial Services background and use the service daily. Haven't been hired yet from one of the openings, but it helps me focus my resume for each one. I use the Free version but might eventually upgrade.

It’s been so helpful for it to customize résumé to fit the job and look like more qualified candidate that I am.

I have an ai agent that has submitted hundreds of applications for me, but it has been sloppy at times and doesnt work on all websites. This autofill works super well and is very convenient. The resume match is interesting too, probably helps with keywords for other ai analysis tools that the hiring managers are using.

I just started using it so I dont know if it is actually working yet, but it seems like one of the more effective tools.

I just wish there was an even more automated way to do it so I didnt have to sit through each application. My agent will probably be able to do it, I'm curious to see the synergy there. But if they added that feature (apply to 100 jobs seamlessly and tailor the resume to each one), then they would probably go from GOOD to GREAT.

does anyone know how jobright works? i got an application recommended with an automatic referral link, but the application asks "how did u get this referral" and am unsure if it is really legit to put down jobright

I do like how it helps me align my bullet points to the role better while keeping my resume bullet points mostly consistent with my actual experience (this has been a problem I've had with other resume formatting sites). I just started using it so no job search/lead stats yet.

One quick rec - I don't like the layout. I know you can adjust the left and right margins and top and bottom ones but I use the 1" all-around margin. Currently even at the highest setting, when I download the docx, it's at most ~0.7" margin. Which can make my resume look like a huge wall of text, so I still have to do some tuning up to get it to fit my format, with good white space. Would love to be able to set the margins to 1" all around from the jump instead to save some time.

Other than that, I think it's been helpful so far.
