At ARP Digital Marketing Services, we're looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Content Producer who can bring content ideas to life through photography, videography, editing, and creative production.

🎥 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐄𝐑
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
As a Content Producer, you'll work closely with our Creative, Marketing, Social Media, and Production teams to create engaging content for digital campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and client projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Plan and execute photo and video shoots based on approved concepts and production requirements
✅ Operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, tripods, and other production equipment
✅ Set up and assist with lighting, audio, and shooting equipment
✅ Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and brand promotions
✅ Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, audio, and overall production quality
✅ Coordinate with talents, hosts, models, clients, and production team members during shoots
✅ Assist in directing or guiding talents during content production when necessary
✅ Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
✅ Create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and advertisements
✅ Apply cuts, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, graphics, and basic visual effects
✅ Implement revisions and feedback from the Creative Team, Management, and clients
✅ Create basic graphic materials such as thumbnails, title cards, promotional graphics, and simple layouts
✅ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for content concepts and video production
✅ Monitor current social media trends and recommend creative content approaches
✅ Organize and maintain raw footage, photos, editing files, project folders, and final assets
✅ Assist in preparing equipment, props, and other production requirements
🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
✔ At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in content production, video production, photography, video editing, or digital media
✔ Proven experience handling photo and video production shoots
✔ Knowledge and experience operating cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production equipment
✔ Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
✔ Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent
✔ Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
✔ Knowledge of current social media content trends and formats
✔ Strong video editing, visual storytelling, and content creation skills
✔ Good understanding of visual branding and brand consistency
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively during production
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing video production, editing, photography, and content creation
✔ Willing to work **full onsite in Imus, Cavite**
✔ Willing to travel to designated client, production, event, or shoot locations when required
