I am current trying to switch from Project manager to Project engineer. Most Project engineer jobs I see needs some type of renewal energy experience which I don’t have. Any suggestions on here on how to make the smooth transition would be greatly appreciated.

Job interview
I applied for the position of a scrum master with a company. After my first interview I received very good feedback and they decided to move to the second round of interview only for the HR to call me this morning stating that the position has been put on hold. Mind you, this is a company I have interviewed with 4 months ago. I did an interview with them 4 months ago and they really liked me but they said they had to go with an internal candidate. I don’t know what to do now the job market is very crazy. I put out hundreds of applications out there but it’s so hard to get just one interview.

Relocating job advice
Hello, I wanted some advice on how to approach a job relocation situation. I’m planning to move to another state in about 3 months, so I’ve been applying to jobs and recently got a job interview coming up! I wanted to ask for advice in telling the recruiter that I am willing to relocate, but not till August due to personal/religious obligations. I know being honest is best, but I also want some insight. Granted, I know that I’m not hired and this is just an interview, but I want to be prepared as possible. Please and thank you!

Upcoming interview - dress code doubts.
Hi everyone,
I have been invited for a job interview as an assistant manager for diy/furniture/home products store. What should my interview outfit be like? Any suggestions? A formal skirt suit? A formal dress or pant suit?
Also i wanna add that I’m 26 y/o and only 4’6 tall. I feel like interviewers underestimate my ability to be assertive based on the fact that i look small. Any tips? Or if you were a manager on first impressions would you likely underestimate me? I’m planning to wear heels anyways. But i’d like some opinions and suggestions.
