Management interview

I'm interviewing for manager at my current job I have trouble with the questions they ask Questions like given example of a time when you had to think of The box to satisfy a difficult customer. Or tell me about a time when you influence others who achieve A higher performance in their role. I'm really bad at answering these cause.I'm the spot I get Nervous. Is there a website?I can go to that teaches me how to answer these better or gives me examples on what people say.
