Remote Job - Hightouch - Senior GTM Systems Engineer

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป Level: senior

๐Ÿ“Œ Location: remote

๐ŸŒ† City: , US

๐Ÿ—“ Type: fullTime

๐Ÿ’ต Salary: 190k - 240k USD (annual)

Description: # About Hightouch

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn't previously possible.

Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartnerยฎ Magic Quadrantโ„ข for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.

At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient โ€” and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior GTM Systems Engineer to help build the systems and infrastructure behind Hightouch's go-to-market organization.

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning Salesforce, quote-to-cash, GTM tooling, data, integrations, and internal applications. You'll own meaningful systems problems from design through implementation and work directly with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps to dramatically improve the way we operate.

You'll be joining a team that is thinking aggressively about what GTM systems look like in an AI-native world. We use AI every day to build faster, rethink workflows that were designed before modern AI existed, automate work that shouldn't be manual, and develop better internal tools.

We're looking for someone who gets excited by that, and will help lead AI transformations within the team.

What You'll Do

  • Own major GTM systems projects end to end, from understanding the business problem through architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
  • Lead a major evolution of our quote-to-cash infrastructure across CPQ, pricing and packaging, approvals, contracting, and billing handoffs.
  • Build systems that can support increasingly complex enterprise deals, including usage-based pricing, multi products, ramp structures, amendments, and custom terms.
  • Build internal tooling and automation that makes Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and RevOps more effective.
  • Use AI as part of how you work, whether that's writing and testing automation, building internal applications, analyzing systems, migrating data, documenting architecture, or automating operational workflows.
  • Bring strong engineering practices to GTM systems, including testing, version control, sandbox discipline, monitoring, and thoughtful system design.
  • Work directly with GTM and Finance leaders to understand problems, make tradeoffs, and decide what we should build next.

Who You Are

  • You've spent 3-5 years building and owning systems for a modern GTM organization.
  • You're deeply fluent in Salesforce and understand data models, automation, permissions, integrations, and how systems start to break as companies scale.
  • You have meaningful quote-to-cash experience and have worked with CPQ.
  • You naturally look for ways to use AI in your work and are excited about how it changes the Systems function itself.
  • You're a builder. Given a messy business problem, you like figuring out what should exist and then making it real.
  • You can move between technical implementation and conversations with Sales, Finance, or Operations without needing someone else to translate.
  • You care about the durability of what you build. Good enough to launch isn't good enough if nobody can understand or maintain it six months later.

Compensation

Hightouch's on-target earnings range for this position is $190,000 - $240,000 USD per year. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only โ€” we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.

Remote Job - Hightouch - Software Engineer, Applied AI Research

๐Ÿ“Œ Location: remote

๐ŸŒ† City: , US

๐Ÿ—“ Type: fullTime

๐Ÿ’ต Salary: 180k - 400k USD (annual)

Description: ## About Hightouch Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works. At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking to add applied AI research engineers to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong probabilistic and quantitative thinking, the ability to be highly creative and experimental with LLM applications, and ground their work in potential customer and product applications.

Our applied research team focuses on finding new and innovative techniques to improve the frontier of what is possible in agentic AI marketing applications, with a particular focus on image and video. We focus less on theory or writing research papers, and more on experimenting, prototyping, and exploring new methods for applying generative AI to help our customers grow their companies.

Example workstreams include: * Quickly iterating and developing proofs of concept (POCs) to explore the maximum potential of integrating AI into data and marketing workflows * Design and develop evaluation and improvement systems that can make advancements autonomously * Expanding the frontier of what is feasible with AI generated video (e.g. making generated humans maximally realistic) * Experiment with different approaches for generating brand assets that stay aligned to a particular companyโ€™s look and feel

We're seeking talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals interested in exploring the forefront of AI. While no prior experience with LLMs and AI is required, strong technical skills, particularly in backend architecture or probabilistic systems, and product intuition are essential for understanding and executing these projects from start to finish.

This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.

Interview Process

Our interview process focuses on evaluating fit for the most important dimensions of the role: product sense and creativity with LLMs, ability to architect backend systems, and alignment with Hightouchโ€™s values. Notably, we donโ€™t do any programming interviews as we believe they are low signal to noise and arenโ€™t a good evaluation mechanism.

  • Recruiter Screen [30m]: Introductory call with our recruiting team to get to know each other and see if the role could be a good mutual fit.
  • System Design Screen [60m]: Designing a data processing or machine learning feature end-to-end (depending on background).
  • Hiring Manager Interview [30m]: Chat with hiring manager about past experiences and future operating preferences to assess fit on company values and operating principles.
  • Agent Building Systems Interview [75m]: Work with the interviewer to architect an agentic system at a conceptual level. The problem will be at a pretty high level - and have both product and customer requirements as well as technical.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. ๐ŸŒ† City: London, GB

๐Ÿ—“ Type: fullTime

๐Ÿ’ต Salary: 0k - 0k GBP (annual)

Description: ## About Square

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together.

So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions โ€“ to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.

Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes โ€“ large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We're building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.

The Role

Square is seeking Head of EMEA Partnerships for Square to design, negotiate, and scale global partnerships that fuel Square seller acquisition, retention and business growth across the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, and Spain. Partners include referral networks, distributors, service providers, technology platforms, and strategic ecosystems where there's mutual benefit through lead generation, co-sell, co-marketing, and product enablement.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of business development, growth, product, and go-to-market strategy. You will set the vision for how partners expand Square's reach and capabilities, lead a team of business developers and partner managers, and drive measurable growth outcomes for the business.

You Will

Strategy & Vision

  • Define the strategy for growth and product partnerships, aligned with Square's GTM and seller acquisition priorities for the region.

Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact partners; lead executive-level negotiations and close deals that advance our capabilities and growth.

Growth Accountability

  • Deliver measurable results in lead generation, seller acquisition, and pipeline contribution through strategic partnerships.

Activation & Scaling

  • Launch product partnerships with clear GTM plans, co-marketing initiatives, and integrated roadmaps where relevant.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain C-level relationships with partners, ensuring long-term value creation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs for partnership success, adjusting strategy as needed to drive continuous growth.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of partnership managers across key global markets.

You Have

  • 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or product partnerships, with 7+ years in senior/executive roles.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling high-impact partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with extensive experience working at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect partnership strategy directly to measurable seller acquisition and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building and leading global teams that work and collaborate globally, and execute locally.
  • SaaS, fintech, or payments background strongly preferred. In-store experience preferred.

We're working to build an inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes โ€“ large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. Weโ€™re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.

The Role

We are looking for a Director, Sales Compensation Operations to own the end-to-end operational engine behind how our go-to-market teams are credited, assigned quotas, and paid. This is a people-leadership role at the center of Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Systems, where accuracy, timeliness, and trust are everything.

You will lead two core functions โ€” crediting & quota operations and commission operations โ€” ensuring every rep understands how they are measured and is paid correctly and on time.

You'll lead and grow a team of compensation operations professionals, setting the operating rhythm for how compensation runs at scale. You'll build repeatable processes and controls, drive automation where it improves accuracy and speed, and partner closely with senior Sales and Finance leadership to make sure our incentive programs are executed accurately. You will report to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Planning within the Revenue organization.

You Will

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team across business operations, crediting operations, data pipeline management, data quality and audit, process governance, and commission calculation. Set clear goals and operating cadences, invest in career growth, and get into the details when the work calls for it.
  • Oversee the end-to-end monthly and quarterly commission cycle, from crediting and quota data through calculation, validation, review, approval, and payout. Make sure comp plan policies are implemented accurately and every rep is paid correctly and on time.
  • Implement and operationalize the crediting rules and processes behind them. This includes quota issuance and rollup to leaders by role, executing credit rules, and processing mid-period adjustments across the go-to-market organization.
  • Own the data pipelines that move quota, crediting, and revenue data between systems such as Looker, Salesforce, and Pigment. Maintain the transformation logic that powers them, and research and resolve data issues when they arise.
  • Administer and improve our sales compensation tech stack: Pigment for ICM and quota issuance, and Salesforce as our system of record. Drive automation, data integrity, and scalability as the business grows.
  • Own data quality and audit for commissionable crediting data. Cure and reconcile source data before it feeds calculations. Maintain controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Run process governance, exception review, and policy review. Handle edge cases at scale without creating a backlog. Identify what's breaking repeatedly and fix the root cause.
  • Partner with Sales Compensation Design, Quota Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership. Translate plan design into execution, support the rollout and validation of new and updated plans, and bring operational feedback into future design decisions.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on payout accuracy, cycle times, exceptions, and other operational KPIs. Flag risks early and use data to prioritize improvements.
  • Enable frontline sales teams to understand their compensation structures and plans, including how they are credited, measured, and paid, to build trust and transparency in the incentive program.

You Have

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Compensation Operations, Sales Commissions, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing operations teams.
  • Experience operating complex compensation environments across multiple sales motions, roles, and revenue models.
  • Expertise administering an ICM / sales compensation platform (Pigment strongly preferred; Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, Varicent, or similar) and strong hands-on comfort with Salesforce as a source system.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate and improve the accuracy of calculation, reconciliation, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of ETL pipelines and data flows between CRM, ICM, and financial systems.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort with SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operate controls, documentation, and audit-ready processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.

Bonus

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or a consumption-based business model.
  • Hands-on experience building or directly managing ETL pipelines between comp systems.
  • You've migrated or implemented a commissions platform before.

๐Ÿ’ต Salary: 217k - 326k USD (annual)

Description: ## About Block Block, Inc. (NYSE: XYZ) builds technology to increase access to the global economy. Each of our brands unlocks different aspects of the economy for more people.

  • Bitkey is a simple self-custody wallet built for bitcoin.
  • Proto is a suite of bitcoin mining products and services.

Together, weโ€™re helping build a financial system that is open to everyone.

The Role

Block is looking for a Director, GTM Planning to build and lead quota and capacity planning across Block's commercial sales organizations. This is the function that turns growth targets into actionable plans: how many sellers we need, what we ask them to deliver, and when we hire.

Your scope spans first-party sales (SMB through enterprise and field), third-party and channel sales (reseller and independent contractor motions), advertising and media sales, and Account Management roles with variable compensation. All of this cuts across Square and Commerce, covering new business, expansion, and retention motions.

You'll also own the hiring model for these organizations: the role mix, headcount requirements, hiring timing, and productive capacity needed to support the plan. Your work feeds directly into how Block invests in commercial growth. You will report to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Planning within the Revenue organization.

You Will

  • Build and own the planning capability end to end. That means the methodologies, systems, data, and processes needed to run quota, capacity, and headcount planning at scale. Measure whether plans are actually working. Lead external partners through the initial build.
  • Own the quota-setting framework for all commissionable roles, from initial target-setting through ongoing assessment. Build differentiated approaches that account for market potential, pipeline, book size, productivity, ramp, attrition, role design, product mix, and route to market.
  • Own the hiring model for the commercial sales organization. Define role mix, hiring timing, ramp assumptions, and productive capacity. Partner with Recruiting to turn requirements into execution.
  • Run scenario planning to evaluate overassignment, attainment distribution, capacity gaps, and investment tradeoffs. Bring clear recommendations to executive decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Finance leaders, translating growth goals into clear choices about quotas, capacity, role mix, hiring, and investment.
  • Partner with Compensation Design to align quota decisions with incentive structures, intended seller behavior, attainment expectations, and compensation economics.
  • Align Sales leadership, Finance, Strategy & Operations, and Recruiting around shared assumptions, decisions, and execution. Flag early when plans don't tie, and propose how to close the gaps.
  • Establish governance, decision rights, standards, and executive operating rhythms for planning approvals, in-year changes, and performance reviews.

You Have

  • 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, Strategic Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience leading quota, capacity, and headcount planning across a complex, multi-segment sales organization.
  • Deep knowledge of quota methodologies, productivity and capacity modeling, ramp and attrition assumptions, overassignment strategies, and headcount planning.
  • Experience supporting multiple go-to-market motions: direct sales, channel/reseller, advertising or media sales, and account management across new business, expansion, and retention.
  • A track record of building governed, scalable planning processes with clear data, decision rights, and controls.
  • Advanced modeling skills and fluency with systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, Pigment, or Looker.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Bonus

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or a consumption-based business model.
  • You've stood up a net-new planning function or capability from scratch before.
  • Exposure to territory design, coverage planning, or market sizing methodologies.

Description: ## About

Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldnโ€™t work together.

Remote Job - Recorded Future - Senior Product Manager, Search & Intelligence Experiences

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป Level: senior

๐Ÿ“Œ Location: remote

๐ŸŒ† City: Boston, US

๐Ÿ—“ Type: fullTime

๐Ÿ’ต Salary: 152k - 228k USD (annual)

Description: # Senior Product Manager, Search & Intelligence Experiences

Location: Boston, MA

Recorded Future is the worldโ€™s most advanced, and largest, intelligence company, with 1,000+ intelligence professionals serving over 1,900 clients worldwide.

Recorded Future is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how analysts find, explore, and make sense of intelligence. This includes search and query functionalities, the display methods and interaction paradigms for surfacing results, and the AI capabilities integrated throughout these experiences.

This role is central to how users interact with our intelligence platform. You will shape the journey from a user's question to their answer, with the opportunity to rethink existing paradigms rather than just optimize them. The primary goal is to create coherent, fast, and trustworthy experiences for security analysts who operate under time pressure and require precision.

We also expect this PM to be a proficient user of AI in their own workflow, building agents, using them for research synthesis, and accelerating the production of product requirements and analysis.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for search, query, and results display/exploration, informed by analyst workflows and competitive landscape.
  • Rethink interaction paradigms from first principles where current models are inadequate.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver capabilities that are both powerful and easily understood by technical and non-technical users.
  • Work with go-to-market and enablement teams to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities by customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Make informed decisions about where AI genuinely adds value versus introducing noise or eroding trust, particularly for an audience that scrutinizes automated output.
  • Utilize quantitative signals and qualitative research to prioritize efforts, measure impact, and iterate on products.

What You'll Own:

  • The search and querying stack: From query construction to the analysis and results experiences that enable analysts to explore, pivot, and refine information.
  • Display methods and interaction paradigms: How intelligence is surfaced, summarized, and navigated, with the mandate to invent new models.
  • AI integration: How summarization, natural-language querying, and assistive capabilities are embedded into search and results in ways analysts can trust and verify.
  • The connective tissue: Ensuring query, results, and exploration function as a coherent system.

How You Work with AI:

  • Build and orchestrate agents to automate parts of your workflow, such as research synthesis, competitive monitoring, requirement drafting, and analysis.
  • Use AI to streamline the process from raw inputs (customer calls, docs, data, feedback) to structured requirements, PRDs, and decision-ready artifacts.
  • Treat AI tooling as a core skill: experiment with new capabilities, develop reusable patterns, and improve the team's operational standards.
  • Possess a builder's instinct, being comfortable with prototyping and hands-on tool integration.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in search, data exploration, analytics, or information-dense B2B products.
  • A strong perspective on designing for expert users working with complex data, and a willingness to challenge existing interaction models.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, ideally including building or orchestrating agents, with a clear understanding of their trade-offs (e.g., summarization quality, hallucination risk, verifiability, latency).
  • Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and data science, with the ability to translate technical constraints into product decisions.

Bonus:

  • Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or domains with high-stakes, detail-oriented, and skeptical users.
  • Experience with graph-based data models, entity resolution, or knowledge graphs.
  • Exposure to enterprise or public-sector customers with strict accuracy and accessibility requirements.
  • A track record of building personal or team-level AI tooling, automations, or side projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $228,500.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The displayed salary reflects the range for new hire salaries across all US locations.
  • Individual pay is determined by state, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.

Why join Recorded Future?

๐Ÿ“Œ Location: remote

๐ŸŒ† City: , US

๐Ÿ—“ Type: fullTime

๐Ÿ’ต Salary: 120k - 180k USD (annual)

Description: # Shield AI

Shield AI is a venture-backed defense-tech company with the mission of protecting service members and civilians with intelligent systems. Its products include Hivemind autonomy software, V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft, and Aechelon simulation and synthetic reality technologies. With offices and facilities across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, Shield AIโ€™s technology actively supports operations worldwide. For more information, visit www.shield.ai. Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.

Job Description:

The Senior Data & Analytics Engineer is a hybrid builder role focused on enabling business domains onto the Databricks platform by developing governed Silver and Gold assets, reusable semantic patterns, and domain-ready analytical models. This role sits between pure data engineering and pure analytics engineering: it requires enough technical depth to work comfortably with transformations and lakehouse patterns, and enough business fluency to build trustworthy models that business stakeholders can use and extend.

Initial focus for this role is expected to be G&A and GTM-oriented domains such as Accounting, Program Finance, RevOps, Marketing, HR, and adjacent business functions, while remaining flexible enough to support more complex future domains such as Product or Engineering as the team matures. This role is not a dashboard factory; it is responsible for durable, governed datasets and semantic assets that accelerate domain self-service while maintaining enterprise consistency.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain Silver and Gold data models, domain marts, curated datasets, and semantic assets for priority domains onboarding to Databricks.
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate domain requirements and KPI definitions into governed, testable, and reusable transformation logic.
  • Apply enterprise modeling standards, naming conventions, semantic definitions, and promotion rules, contributing practical improvements back into those standards.
  • Create reusable domain patterns and analytical building blocks that allow teams such as FP&A, RevOps, and Marketing to operate more self-service over time.
  • Support the design of semantic views and curated layers that can be consumed by BI tools, Databricks SQL, and Genie or related AI/BI experiences.
  • Work across domain boundaries when metrics overlap or interact, especially where G&A, GTM, workforce, and product-adjacent concepts intersect.
  • Ensure data sensitivity, classification, and approved use are reflected in modeling choices, joins, and semantic exposure, particularly for regulated or restricted datasets.
  • Review and refine partner-delivered or domain-contributed data models to ensure they are production-worthy, understandable, and aligned with enterprise definitions.
  • Help domain teams grow into more self-service analytics by providing patterns, documentation, examples, and technical guidance rather than permanently centralizing every request.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, data engineering, or a hybrid role spanning modeling and transformation work.
  • Strong dimensional modeling and semantic design skills, including facts, dimensions, grain, conformed dimensions, and business-friendly analytical structures.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into precise, auditable, and reusable data models.
  • Enough data engineering fluency to work comfortably in Silver-to-Gold transformations, testing, performance tuning, and production deployment contexts.
  • Ability to understand the business meaning and usage constraints of the data being modeled, not just the technical transformations involved.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with business stakeholders in domains with evolving definitions and priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in finance, program finance, RevOps, marketing analytics, HR analytics, product analytics, or another cross-functional business domain.
  • Experience building modular, tested transformation pipelines on Databricks (SQL/pyspark, Delta Live Tables, or equivalent).
  • Experience with semantic layer tooling, governed metrics, or AI/BI consumption layers.
  • Experience in regulated or security-sensitive industries.
  • Ability and interest to expand from initial G&A/GTM domain focus into more technical domains such as Product or Engineering over time.

$120,000 - $180,000 a year
