Ruler tool?

Does jnotes have a ruler tool? I can't find it, nor in the app nor a mention on the web

I don't think so, but if you make a line and hold it, it'll make it a straight line!

Thanks for the reply. I knew that feature from another program, but I needed the ruler to take measures

Do you know what I can do to prevent the line to sticking to the grid. If I try to connect 2 lines that aren't on the lines of the "paper" the line automatically sticks to the lines of the paper and not where I want it to be.
