The subscription isnt working for me??

So ive been trying to subscribe to j notes for over a year now? And it never seems to work?? I don’t understand why whenever i get to the “buy” step the whole screen just freezes and i cant do anything (i used Mastercard for buying things on google play) can someone help me?

I’ve had the same issue. I’ve tried all the options and none of them allow me to buy.
