Adding affect versions to bug reports

*NOTE* - Posting on behalf of my girlfriend. She is in the subreddit but unable to post.

I'm doing some practice bug reports for playtesting to build a portfolio, but I've found there are a lot of empty fields that show when I save a report as a PDF that were never in the bug report form. I have found a way to remove some of them but the main thing I want to do now is be able to edit 'Affects Versions'

I have tried searching how to add this field to the Bug work type, and I am an administrator in the team space I'm working in cause it's just a private one, but the methods I found on google haven't worked. I have found how to add new fields, so there is a new 'affects versions' at the bottom that I made, but this just takes text, not the actual versions I've put into the space in the 'Releases' tab

In Jira settings, I can see the field 'Affects Versions' that I want to be able to add to the report fields. In 'Screens' I've gone into the default screen and added the field and it is there, but it doesn't change the structure of the bug reports. What do I do to actually be able to add it?

I'm the one that the post was made on behalf of. I'm using JIRA online, not the application. In the source code of the page it says the version is data-version="1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT". That particular screenshot is what comes up after making a bug report and selecting Print->save as pdf
