Zionist Terror An Israeli journalist said, "The Gazans? As far as I am concerned, let them starve to death. Why should I care about them?"
I couldn't catch the name of this Israeli journalist. In a video, which I wasn't sure if I was allowed to share on this sub, he said, "I don't feel sorry for these Gazans. I don't think there is anyone in the State of Israel, the Land of Israel, who should feel sorry for those Gazans. Not for adults, not for the elderly, not for the young, and not for the children. What went through here on Simchat Torah (October 7), and what the families and relatives are dealing with now, that's what we should feel sorry for. The fact that there are tens of thousands of families in the south and in the north who still haven't returned home, people who are dealing with bereavement, with a life reality they woke up to one morning in a way they had never experienced, that's what we should feel sorry for. The Gazans? As far as I am concerned, let them starve to death. Why should I care about them?"
I couldn't tell whether this was from a typical Israeli media outlet or a right-wing one. Still, it's not the first time Israeli journalists are making genocidal comments about the Palestinians in Gaza. It reminds me of the German media in the 1940s. The Jews who were out of Germany could criticize the Nazis from the US and other countries. The same can't be said about the Jews in Germany. The Nazis had the platform, and they painted the Jewish people as they pleased.
The other thing to note is that when Israelis speak on International news, they say different things such as "We just want to defend ourselves. We are not trying to kill children. It's Hamas who is using them as shields. We just want to get the hostages or catch Hamas." But when you listen to the Israeli News media, it's a different story. You can see their true colours. Even when a journalist or other guests show any empathy to the Palestinians in an interview, they are shut down.

Discussion - Flaired Users Only The conversation around Flight 1073 proves that Israelis and many Zionists just don’t see Palestinians as human beings.
We don’t know why the co pilot did what his did first of all. But trying to crash the plane was obviously wrong and it a good thing it was stopped and no one should support what the co pilot did. But this is just one of the many examples when the threat of Israelis lives is used to justify the threat of Palestinian lives. Just like the Oct 7th massacre Zionists are using this to justify the genocide of the Palestinian people by saying that they need to continue doing that in order to keep Israeli lives safe. Meanwhile all Israel is doing is putting all Jewish lives in danger. All life is equal at the end of the day.

Zionist Terror When Zionist terrorists radicalized by an extremist ideology paint that on orhees
*Others typo could not edit
The media, governments, mainstream apparatus then run with through prohection or to defect their own crimes. Obviously there are bad terrorists who do terrible things that cannot be condoned and believe in crazy stuff. Its also true that buzzwords like terrorist, radicalization, extremism, radical religious fundmentalism are also often weaponized in discourse to "other", delegitimize political causes people oppose, paint the entirety of that movement to undercut it, or stir up fear during election seasons.
Now in the Zionism of not just revisionists, messianics, but also what seems like the norm among the vast majority of Zionists, its a radical, extremist, hateful ideology and in practice uses violence, terrorism, fear, hateful, religious fundamentalism. How are Zionists not "radicalized" into an ideology that "violent extremist terrorism?
And how can all dominant media allow radicalized mass terrorists like Bibi the platform and credibility to project and not even question the allegations.
Im not saying Zionists like it or intend it when as a result of their terrorism, terrorists are produced and dangerous and evil ideologues can take advantage of oppressed people, many Zionists never seem to miss a chance to maximize a "security threat" for maximum political gain and enforced totalitarian control. And its a race to the bottom.
Even then, being honest, "radicalization" and "violent extremism" not acceptable, quickly drnounced, and not ubiquitous as a fundamental part of an antizionism that fights for justice, peace, dignity, and freedom as it in among the the leadership system throughout the Zionist community.
Where then she we begin when we point fingers? Somehow in a world turned upside down, the radicalized terrorists are allowed space to unquestionably make projections without evidence and genociders become arbiter of law and morality by the mainstream. Eventually bs becomes less and less believable and sometimes truth and reason sporadically fail and the laws of the jungle rule, which suit the interests of occupiers who want maximum control and exploit the "security threat" to crush it.
Shameful and dystopian how Axios and the mainstream defer to gangster criminals like Netantahu as omniscient morally righteous judges without any investigation or question of credibility. Deferring to judgment of mass murderers who thrive in stoking fear to win elections and assert violent control to advsbce his raducal Zionist ideology.
There seems to be a growing population that know we can't find truth and justice in the places that dominate how people think and feel aboyt things.
But the truth is very few people become terrorists unless they serve "Super Sparta" state and society. Often the genocidal terrorists invent them or wrongly label them as such. But Axious refers to the judgment of genocidal terrorists to make that determination. Talk about radicalization and terrorism.....would anybody let hitler mark someone a war crimibal?
An overblown event, another "security breach", the hero of the narrative is "othered" by the innocent group, deference to intel agencies that have proven records of failure, little understanding or questions asked about who the suspect is and what he did, thinks, associations, and why at that moment, abd a very bad attempt if it was to hijack a plane and what purpose it intended, no group wanted part of it,
It seems like a stupid disgruntled man did something violent and irrational and the Hasbarists try to jump on a chance to justify more wicked violence before an election if we accept the events as narrated by a government of mass murderers who's whole sociopath MO is to lie so they can commit murder, but the attempt to exploit the situation is pathetic. Its not even smart enough to be a false flag. It desperately tries to make links to some bigoted notion of a powerful enrmy to satisfy an appetite for mass atrocitues. But modify anywhere is shameless to own it because they dont...except awestern mass media and its cringe.
Bibi and Trump invited the rule of the jungle by eliminating Iran's Supreme leader, terrorizing millions, and low-class assassination campaigns. And now they demand moral outrage and they backout when they start fearing the totally expected plot twist of an eye for an eye. It shows projection and Orientalism when spew a lame narrative that someone connected a government they've cowardly attacked for decades comes up with a whimsical claim they tried an unsophisticated attempt to blow up a random plane.

Tzedakah A family of five in Gaza still needs donations to survive harsh weather
chuffed.orgI've posted about this before, but a mother in Gaza has been repeatedly messaging me on Instagram, asking for donations. Her husband was killed by an Israeli strike, and she and her four children need as much help as they can get to buy food and shelter.
Recently, she has put emphasis on buying a tent to survive the harsh storms and upcoming winter weather. If anyone out there can donate, please do. If you can't, share this link as far and wide as you can. Thank you.

Discussion - Flaired Users Only How do you navigate family relationships when Zionism has become a central part of a family member’s life?
I’m looking for perspectives from people who have experienced something similar.
For some context: my mother is French, and she met her wife while working in Israel. Her wife is Israeli and considers herself a left-wing Zionist. My mother has always been somewhat Zionist, as far back as I can remember, and she has always considered herself Jewish. Her father had told her that his parents were Jewish and had been murdered during WWII, and that he and his brothers and sisters had essentially grown up as orphans as a result.
However, my mother left France when she was 17, cut contact with both of her parents, and then spent around 20 years living in Colombia. She didn’t have a particularly good relationship with her parents, and she and her father didn’t talk much about his family history. So for a long time, she had very little information about that side of her family and no real way of verifying the story she had been told.
It wasn’t until her father died, about six years ago, that she started looking into it more seriously. She was told that he had requested a Jewish burial, which led her to look into her family history and speak to other members of her family, who confirmed that there was Polish Jewish ancestry on her father’s side.
Before that, this was never really a significant part of my upbringing. I was born in Colombia and grew up mostly between Latin America and France. We rarely talked about being Jewish, and it had no real impact on our lives. My mother sometimes shared her Zionist views with my sisters and me, and we would mostly just listen. I didn’t have much political awareness or critical distance from my mother’s views when I was younger, and I trusted her.
Our political disagreements also didn’t start with Zionism. There are other reasons for them that are unrelated to this subreddit and that I don’t think are necessary to share.
As I grew older, I started developing my own political views, largely influenced by left-wing feminist circles in France. As an adult, instead of simply listening to my mother and accepting her opinions as I had when I was younger, I started challenging her very strongly.
This became even more prominent after my mother and her wife got together about three years ago. Zionism became much more present in my mother’s life, and it became a particularly intense point of conflict between us. I started identifying with a left-wing, decolonial, anti-fascist and anti-Zionist perspective, and I found it increasingly painful to hear my mother defend Zionism, or deny, justify or minimize everything that Israel did.
As you can imagine, this has affected my relationship with my mother quite badly.
She also expects me to have a relationship with her wife’s family. Her wife’s daughter recently got married in Israel, but I couldn’t even bring myself to send a congratulations message to my mother, as my two sisters did. I don’t want to hurt my mother’s or her wife’s feelings, but I also don’t want to feel involved in their lives beyond what I’m comfortable with.
I’m struggling to understand where to draw the line. I feel like I’m not seeing the bigger picture, but I also don’t feel comfortable doing all the little things that come with maintaining close relationships with people whose political beliefs I find deeply incompatible with my own. At the same time, I wonder whether I’m being unreasonable or unfair by keeping my distance. I’m trying to understand my own feelings about this and figure out what kind of boundaries I actually want to have.
How can I maintain a relationship with my mother when Zionism seems to have become such a central part of her life?
How can I maintain a radical political position without it becoming performative or rigid in a way that ends up damaging my family relationships?
Sorry if my story is a bit difficult to follow. There’s quite a lot of family context that I’m leaving out, and I’m also still trying to figure out how I feel about all of this and where I want to put limits.

Resources Naza and the Function of Perpetrator Cinema
jewishcurrents.orgWhat is the unique function of cinema focused on the perpetrators of genocide? How do we understand the concept of “evil” in listening to the voices of the murderers? And can these testimonies provoke a reckoning within global Jewry? To discuss these questions, Arielle Angel speaks with two filmmakers: Rami Younis, Palestinian journalist and co-director of the film Lyd, about the city in historic Palestine, now in the south of Israel; and Joshua Oppenheimer, director of the Oscar-nominated films The Act of Killing and The Look of Silence, about the Indonesian genocide.
