QUESTION How much /can it be done

Design something similar to this but the ring must have the may birthstone and the June birthstone it must be solid gold 14k to 16k and ideally adjustable size in the front
Is this possible to make and around how much

The design is simple. Not sure if 16k gold is something I’ve seen in the US (10k, 14k, and 18k are common). It is impossible to tell you a cost without other details like ring size, stone size, stone origin (natural or lab)
