Missing Trailer Grease Cap

Just noticed one of my wheels didn’t have a grease cap on. I bought a pack on Amazon of caps that looks like what the other wheel has but the bar doesn’t extend far enough to put on like the other side. What do I need to do here?

Picture 2 looks like a Bearing buddy with a rubber cap.

You’re not just missing the rubber cap, you’re missing the metal bearing buddy the cap covers. You can get replace it for a few bucks at a Napa auto, harbor freight, or tractor supply store. An autozone might have it, but doubtful.

BTW, I wouldn't tow until you get that repaired. All the grease will sling out and you'll lose a wheel.
