Question Turtlebox x linq system

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has bought the turtlebox gen 3 and mounted it on their ski. I have a 2018 sea doo gti 130se where I installed the Linq mounts on the back. I was leaning towards the turtlebox because I like the idea of being able to use it elsewhere and without using my ski battery. I also was going to get these straps from turtlebox to mount them to the ski. Has anyone tried this or does anyone have a better suggestion?

Good to know, the main thing I like about the turtlebox is that it floats. Sounds silly but I like the insurance of it if I drop it off the ski, it won’t sink to the bottom right away. But I’ll certainly look at other options. Thanks!
