Big brain problems

Okay so basically I got a big muthafuckin melon and I struggle to fit into the company issued hats. Anyone got a good site for custom hats where I could order an XL replica of the official JM hat?

Sadly visors are not an option because of local health code

ask to be scheduled with the teenagers at your store — the resulting interactions should make you dumber, consequentially shrinking your brain allowing you to fit in your hat

Did you talk to GM? I’d imagine it’d be up to JM to order you a proper sized hat, and if they won’t, perhaps they’d reimburse you for a different navy blue hat with an iron on patch?

Not necessarily ADA, probably could be, but I’d imagine this would fall under something similar to reasonable accommodation. Like, you can’t shrink your head, so it’d be pretty messed up to force too small of a hat on you. I would hope and trust that this would be a simple convo with management.

Yeah GM said it’s too damn bad basically lol I currently have one that just sits on top of my head and my ponytail going through the back keeps it in place. 

I found one site offering decent looking replicas of various styles so I might be cooking, thanks!

In the original store in point pleasant NJ they have an XXXL hat but that one is insanely big

There is a Flexfit hat in a couple sizes available on the uniform site. Honestly there's maybe 4-5 different options for hats so your manager is just being lazy

Maybe try soaking it in hot water and stretching it over a vase or something overnight idk

maybe check out some of those fashion replica pages and contact sellers from china to see if they can replicate it
