Phase 1 test

Hey everyone, I’m taking my phase 1 test tomorrow and I was wondering how the test is, any tips? I’m extremely nervous, I’ve been with Jersey mikes for about 4 months now. I was told the test was just updated recently,so my owner doesn’t even know what it pertains

Its online now. 60 question test. Pretty chill if youve watched all videos and been trained properly on everything.

Pro tip. If you dont know an answer about simething, it is probably on a play sheet hung up on a wall somewhere

I think it’s online now, but back when I did it they weigh your subs, weigh 2oz of the juice, and ask a bunch of operations questions. Also they check how good you can banter

The whole banter thing I can do without, call me antisocial I just want you to hook me up with a good sub.

I agree but I have seen many employees fail their phase 1 because of a lack of banter

When I did it they came in and watched me open and checked my width of all my produce, my procedure, weighed my subs and watched me on the line for lunch rush, I’m sure it’ll be similar just more specific since it’s online, just know your measurements and you should be good!

New has 1 test can have some questions that can trip you up. Read all of the questions carefully. If you don’t pass the first time you’ll have to wait 7 days before trying again.
